Increase Buffering Speed Through PC

Yes you can increase YouTube Buffering speed through pc also.Follow the procedure to increase the speed

1.Go to Windows Start Option and open run command box

2.In the box  type “system.ini” without quotes and press enter after it

3.A notepad popup will open something written like this
